Richmond Hill, Ontario - January 17, 2005 – Nulogx Inc., a developer of supply chain execution (SCE) software and consulting services company, today launched nulogxOnLine, a major component of the Partnership Program, designed to provide the best customer service possible. nulogxOnLine is a secure, password-protected web site that delivers business-boosting information specific to Nulogx Transportation Suite customers.

A highlight of nulogxOnline is Nulogx Knowledge, a searchable self-support database that contains answers to frequently asked questions. Customers can find answers to technical questions on their own. nulogxOnline is used as a medium to provide timely updates and announcements about company events, product information and documentation. Customers can either quickly find answers, or log and track an incident through the online case tracking system.

nulogxOnLine is directly linked to our product management system, which is used to track the status of all development and changes made to Nulogx products. This ensures that developers get timely and accurate information about a problem description, and that Customer Service representatives can relay case status back to the customer through nulogxOnLine communication services.
