Acquires TM/400 and TO/400 Transportation Products from
i2 Technologies

Nulogx and i2 Technologies Extend Roadmap for Logistics
Solutions Running on iSeries (AS/400) Platform
TORONTO, ON May 10 -- Nulogx Inc, a leading logistics software
and services organization announced the acquisition of Transportation
Manager for AS/400 (TM/400) and Transportation Optimize
for AS/400 (TO/400) from i2 Technologies. Effective immediately,
Nulogx assumes ownership of these products along with customer
service, technical support and maintenance, implementation,
product development, and sales. Nulogx and i2 have extended
their existing partnership agreement to include the TM/400
and TO/400 products, and both companies are committed to
actively working with customers to ensure a smooth transition
and future roadmap for the products.

Effective immediately, the partnership calls for Nulogx
to assume ownership of the TM/400 and TO/400 product lines,
as well as the previous versions AXIS and Shipper Management
System (SMS) that run on the IBM AS/400 platform (also called
iSeries and now i5). Nulogx will handle all customer support
and maintenance, consulting, implementation, marketing and
new/upgrade sales for the products. Nulogx and i2 will work
closely during the transition phase, including participating
in joint meetings and presentations to existing customers,
and ensure a full knowledge exchange. i2 will also continue
to resell the TM/400 and TO/400 products and work with Nulogx
to support future sales.
In addition to one-on-one customer meetings, Nulogx will
release a product roadmap document in the coming weeks that
will outline the development path of future versions of
the products. Nulogx will further support customers by forming
a user group community, hosting a user conference, and collecting
feedback from customers on the product development roadmap
and support requirements.
