The team at Nulogx has a long and successful history in the TMS marketplace with many in the organization having common roots that extend back to InterTrans Logistics (ITLS). The genesis of Nulogx was the result of i2 divesting itself of a portion of its Transportation Management implementation group as an alternative way to support its customers and implementations. To this day, we continue to provide valuable implementation and transportation management consulting to i2 and its customer base.

Nulogx entered the TMS software marketplace after recognizing an evolution in technology capabilities had opened up new and highly effective deployment options that would extend the value traditional transportation management systems currently deliver. In 2004 Nulogx went back to its roots and acquired from i2 Technologies, their Transportation Management and Transportation Optimizer applications for the IBM System-i platform as the foundation upon which to develop solutions for today’s needs and today’s technology capabilities.

2007 promises to be an exciting year for Nulogx and our customers with numerous innovative additions to the application suite and the industries first truly automated dynamic optimization engine scheduled for release.
